For years, TOC cloud access has been free for all members. That chapter is closing. To protect our shooters, stop leeching, and build the future of TOC, we are introducing a new cloud system effective September 8th.
This isn’t about taking away — it’s about protecting what we’ve built and giving real value to those who contribute and support.
Free Access (Lurkers or any Purchase from TCV)
Free members will now be limited to 5 downloads per day.
To keep free access, you must remain registered and engaged (likes + comments daily).
Once your daily limit is hit, you will need to upgrade to continue downloading.

All accounts must have matching usernames and emails. Accounts with mismatched info will be deleted.
How To Get Started
Step 1 – Go to the Cloud Registration Page
Click the registration link provided on TCV or in your email confirmation.
Step 2 – Enter Your Purchase Email
Use the same email address that you used when buying your video. This links your account to your purchase.
Step 3 – Create a Username
Choose a username that will represent you in the community. (This will also help us verify your account if needed.)
Step 4 – Confirm & Log In
Complete registration and log in. Your purchased videos will appear in your Cloud account automatically.
⚠️ Important:
If you do not register, you will not be able to view purchased videos until registration is complete.
Make sure to double-check your email spelling so your account links correctly.
⚖️ Final Word
This is the next evolution of TOC. We are here to last, and that means protecting our cloud, rewarding shooters, and creating a fair balance between free, paid, and loyal members.
Starting Sep. 8: Registration is mandatory in order to view ALL content!!!.Free members = 5 downloads/day. Standard and Premium Cloud plans are now available. Multiple accounts = permanent ban. Point groups = permanent ban.
